Maidenform declares $17 common stock prices per share

Flexees and Lilyette brands manufacturer Maidenform Brands Inc announced that its initial public offering of 12,794,067 shares of common stock has been priced at $17.00 per share.
Of the shares offered, 3,375,000 shares are being issued and sold by the Company and 9,419,067 shares are being sold by selling stockholders. In addition, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,719,822 shares to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on July 27, 2005.
The shares are scheduled to begin trading tomorrow on the New York Stock Exchange under the trading symbol "MFB."
UBS Investment Bank and Credit Suisse First Boston acted as the joint book-running managers of the offering. Goldman, Sachs & Co. acted as a co-lead manager of the offering.
