Value-priced women's fashion apparel retailer to pay Qtly dividend

The Cato Corporation announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share.
The dividend will be payable on March 26, 2007 to shareholders of record of the Corporation at the close of business on March 12, 2007.
At the closing market price on March 1, 2007, the current dividend represents an annualized yield of 2.8%.
