Charlotte Russe Holding Inc, a growing mall-based specialty retailer of fashionable, value-priced apparel and accessories targeting young women in their teens and twenties announced it will hold an investor conference call to discuss its second quarter of fiscal 2007 results on April 26, 2007 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific (11:00 a.m. Eastern).

Mark A. Hoffman, President and Chief Executive Officer and Daniel T. Carter, Chief Financial Officer, will host the call. The company will release its second quarter ended March 31, 2007 results prior to the market open that same day, April 26, 2007.
