Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Ltd for and on behalf of Blackstone FP Capital Partners V-B Subsidiary Ltd along with Blackstone FP Capital Partners V-B Ltd & The Blackstone Group L.P. has issued this Public Announcement to the shareholders of Gokaldas Exports Ltd, pursuant to and in compliance with, among others, Regulation 10 & Regulation 12 of the Securities & Exchange Board of India Regulations, 1997 and subsequent amendments thereto.
Blackstone FP Capital Partners (Mauritius) V-B Ltd & The Blackstone Group L.P are PACs only for the limited purposes of this Offer.
The Offer:
The Acquirer proposes to acquirer, from the existing shareholders of the Target Company, upto 6,875,200 fully paid up equity shares representing 20% of the Equity Capital at a price of Rs 275/- of the Target Company, to be paid in cash in accordance with the Regulations
