Look Cycle inks apparel deal with Rossignol Group

Bruno Cercley, President & CEO of the Rossignol Group, and Dominique Bergin, President of Look Cycle, have signed a multi-year licensing agreement for Rossignol apparel.

Committed to enhancing the value the Rossignol brand represents, Cercley and Bergin have put in place a solution to deliver optimal continuity for the apparel business and to maintain its operations within the Group's new world headquarters.

The staff of the Rossignol apparel division will pursue its activities within the new Headquarters in Moirans. An experienced team of 15 people will be in charge of the design, marketing, commercial development and production.

Jean Holvoet, the historic author of Rossignol Apparel who was instrumental bringing fashion and sport closer together, will head up the business owned by Look Cycle. Holvoet will continue to collaborate with Jean-Charles de Castelbajac on designs.

Jean Holvoet explains that, “this licensing relationship with Look will ensure the continuity of our apparel team resulting in continued innovation, reliable deliveries for our customers and future growth for our apparel business.”
