Board of Directors of apparel manufacturer Russell Corporation has declared its regular quarterly dividend of $0.04 per common share, payable November 23, 2005, to shareholders of record on November 9, 2005.
This represents the 170th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the Company.
Atlanta based Russell Corporation is a leading branded athletic and sporting goods company marketing athletic apparel, uniforms, footwear and equipment for a wide variety of sports, outdoor and fitness activities.
The Company's major brands include Russell Athletic, JERZEES, Spalding, Brooks, Huffy Sports, Bike, Moving Comfort, AAI and Mossy Oak.
