Recently, the Technical Textile Center (CETTEX) announced setting up of a new apparel training centre.
President of the French Clothing Industry Union and Chairman of the Ready-to-wear Federation Mr. Pierre Mocho and Mod'Spé Paris' CEO Mr. René Mardellat, were on an official visit to Tunisia to grace the occasion with their presence.
The project which has been executed as a part Tunisian-French cooperation in collaboration with Mod'Spé Paris, intends to provide technical skill training, in the new co-contracting businesses.
This project may turn out to be a requirement for the textile companies in Tunisia, and in particular, the smart shift through adaption of modern technologies, would enable these companies to enhance their productivity and also their competitiveness in overseas markets.
Recently, a seminar was conducted at the Tunisian Centre for the Promotion of Exports (CEPEX) for expounding the project and its components.
