Cosmo Oil plans maintenance turnaround at aromatics plant

Japan-based Cosmo Oil is planning to shut its aromatics plant for maintenance turnaround next month.
“Our aromatics plant in Matsuyama, Japan is likely to be shut for maintenance turnaround on March 15 and is likely to remain off-stream till 23 April, 2015,” a company official told fibre2fashion.
The plant has benzene capacity of of 20,000 mt/year, toluene capacity of 10,000 mt/year and isomer-mixed xylene capacity of 30,000 mt/year.
