The Newgate Mall, at Ogden, has more than 85 stores, including Dillard's, Mervyn's and Sears. American Eagle Outfitters, the Buckle, GAP and four other retail stores carry both men's and women's clothing.
The Vanity, Wet Seal and DEB stores carry only women's clothing.
Layton Hills Mall has 95 retail stores, which includes the recent addition Aèropostale, selling men's and women's apparel. The mall also has a JC Penny, Mervyn's and Meir and Frank.
Accessory stores like Payless ShoeSource, Claire's Boutique and Famous Footwear, are also to be found in both malls.
Brady Olson, Weber State University finance junior, buys clothing from department stores located in the Layton Hills Mall.
Trendy clothing for men and women are sold by Gen X, 4015 Riverdale Rd., Riverdale in and around Weber and Davies counties.
Women's and girl's apparel are sold by The Fashion Bug, 478 N. 325 E and Harrisville.
Apparels from previous seasons are obtained by DownEast Outfitters from retailers like American Eagle Outfitters, Abercrombie and Fitch, Lucky and Seven and then sold at a discounted price.
