Bridon acquisition enhances fibre rope solutions

Steel wire and wire rope manufacturer Bridon International announced that the company has completed the acquisition of the Offshore and Commercial Marine related assets of Marlow Ropes including the manufacturing facilities at Coatbridge, Scotland and Hailsham, England.
This acquisition further enhances the Bridon product range enabling the company to offer complementary fibre rope solutions in addition to its existing product range enabling us to further develop our service to this important market sector.
Bridon offer services to many different sectors including industrial & crane, oilfield & mining and structural systems. It operates seven manufacturing units world wide with market focused technical and sales offices, supported by a global network of agents and distributors.
