The Techtextil show will bring together technical textiles manufacturers in Frankfurt, Germany from June 12 to 14 under the theme “focusing on innovation.”
Lectra, the world leader in software, CAD/CAM equipment and related services dedicated to the fashion, automotive, aeronautical, marine and furniture markets, will present its new-generation VectorTechTex automated cutting system at this exhibition.
“In a sector in which innovation is a major stake, Lectra has always focused on bringing high performance solutions for the conception, industrialization and cutting of industrial fabrics,” said Roy Shurling, Director of Lectra's worldwide automotive and transportation markets. “Our new offering, launched earlier this year, is one of the most successful examples.”
The new generation VectorTechTex: power with intelligence Faster, more powerful, and more economical, the VectorTechTexFX benefits from Lectra's intensive R&D efforts to provide manufacturers with the productivity and reactivity they need to preserve their competitive advantage.
Cutting precision and traceability are essential for companies processing industrial fabrics, and the VectorTechTexFX is perfectly adapted to these constraints. The new piloting software allows for a reduction of material consumption and optimizes markers and cutting quality.
It is user friendly, provides process security, and features an integrated smart maintenance system to ensure maximum performance and production availability. It provides warning alerts to prompt maintenance actions before failures can occur, thus limiting the need for intervention and guaranteeing maximum availability of the cutting system.
