TAGSYS launches SC400 RFID smart cabinet for folded garments

TAGSYS, the global leader in item-level RFID infrastructure announced the launch of the SC400, an innovative Smart Cabinet for medical facilities and laundries.
Building on the success of similar TAGSYS products for hanging garments since 1999, the SC400 is the industry's first and only RFID-enabled dispenser and collector for folded garments.
The SC400 enables medical facilities and laundries to trace their textile assets throughout the supply chain—from receipt to issuance to return.
Accurate, 100 percent visibility into on-hand and outstanding inventory enables laundries and hospitals to dynamically adjust supply levels, thus minimizing costly inventory procedures and eliminating shortages and misplaced items.

The SC400 features a patented, three-dimensional antenna design and industry-proven RFID reader technology to guarantee the 100 percent read rates crucial for reliable inventory management.
