TradeStone's Quality Management module with N Brown

TradeStone Software, the retail industry's leading provider of private label and global sourcing solutions announced that N Brown Group is the latest customer to go live with TradeStone's Quality Management module. The Quality Management tool was added to the company's recently implemented TradeStone Sourcing and TradeStone PLM for Retail solutions to build out their merchandise lifecycle technology infrastructure.
The UK retailer looked to TradeStone to help them reduce returns and improve customer satisfaction by ensuring that the fit and quality of their merchandise was consistent across their wide spectrum of apparel and corsetry offerings.
N Brown is the UK's leading direct home shopping company, operating nearly 30 successful catalogue brands. The catalogues offer a huge selection of clothing and products for all ages and sizes, but are specialists in the area of larger size women's wear. As part of their continual improvement process, the retailer implemented the TradeStone Quality Management solution to drive out the cost in fit evaluations and the sampling process by advancing the quality of products and reducing the number of fits needed for each item.
