Genencor to sponsor RITE Conference

Genencor is this year's platinum level sponsor of the RITE conference – dedicated to Reducing the Impact of Textiles on the Environment.

The conference takes place in London on 6 October 2009 and will feature leading speakers from the world of fashion, textiles and retail - for example Tesco, Sainsburys, IKEA, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer.

'Genencor is sponsoring the RITE conference as we operate from the vision that we can enable the textile processing industry to be more sustainable. All our research efforts are geared towards this -- we are currently developing ground-breaking new technologies for the textile industry, which reduce chemicals, water usage, energy consumption and work under much milder conditions.
