Integrated apparel expo – Mega show – Buyer-Seller-Meet at New York on June 8-9, 2005

After the successful Mega show at USA during the year 2004, the Council has decided to organise Integrated India Apparel Expo, Buyer Seller Meet at New York to take the early advantages of the quota free regime.

Apparel Export Promotion Council would be organising Mega Show with 65 garment exporters, who shall be able to meet prominent buyers of USA on June 8-9, 2005.

AEPC press release informs that only a few bootha are available on a reduced fee by Rs. 70,000/- per booth.

Shri A. Sakthivel, Chairman, AEPC during his recent visit to USA had an opportunity to meet the PR Agency to discuss the possibilities for bringing down the cost of organisation of the event. Based on the discussion and persuation of Chairman, AEPC, the PR agency has now reduced the cost for organising the event.

Accordingly, the participation charges for the event has been reduced as per details given below:

a. Rs. 2,70,000/- for those exporters who apply before 15.4.05 (early bird discount of Rs. 21,000/- per 9 sq. mtrs. booth)

b. Rs. 2,91,000/- for those exporters who apply after 15.4.04.

(The participation fee has been reduced from Rs. 3.40 lakhs/booth)

Eligilibility criteria:
Exporters having a minimum turnover of Rs. 3 crores and above in Apparel Exports in the Year 2003-04.
