The Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC) informs that Bangladesh Garments Manufacturers & Exporters Associations (BGMEA) is organizing the 4th Chittagong Apparel, Fabric and Accessories Exposition(CAFAXPO)-2006 at CJKS Indoor Stadium, Chittagong, Bangladesh on February 04-06, 2006.
During the Exposition, a wide range of products will be displayed by the leading export oriented readymade garment factories.
The event would provide an excellent opportunity for the foreign apparel importers, buyers and traders to explore the market opportunities by meeting potential local and foreign buyers.
AEPC sponsored by the Ministry of Textiles to monitor garment exports and quotas.
BGMEA starting in late 70s as a small nontraditional sector of export, Ready-made Garment (RMG) emerged as a promising export earning sector of the country by the year 1983.
