Shaju Mangalam, the Joint Secretary of Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI), on his recent visit to Ludhiana announced that an exhibition concerning the textile machinery, TEXMAC-2007, is organised at Pragati Maidan, Delhi, from January 17 to 20, 2007.
CITI is also organising the Second Asian Textile Conference along with TEXMAC exhibition where over 2,000 exhibitors from Germany, Italy, China, Taiwan and the US will participate.
The TEXMAC will focus on spinning, weaving and dyeing-related industry. The organisers of the exhibition are anticipating to do a business of $600 million.
