CCAB & Apex to organise Brazilian fashion week in Dubai next year

Dubai will witness a week long fashion event from Brazil to be organised jointly by the Brazilian Chamber of Arab Comércio (CCAB), next year.
Informing this, the President of the CCAB, Antonio Sarkis Jr said in São Paulo that "The objective is to make an event in the molds of a fair, that will lasts for at least four or five days." .
According to Sarkis, certain segment of Brazilian fashion world representatives like Brazilian Association of the Textile Industry and of Confection (Abit), the Association of the Cosmetic Sector (Abihpec), Brazilian Association of Estilistas (Abest), the Brazilian Institute of Egg Yolks and Metais Preciosos (IBGM) and the Brazilian Association of the Industry of Footwear (Abicalçados) will participate in the event.
"The Brazilian footwear, for example, is increasing sufficiently its participation in the Arab market," added Sarkis.
The dates and the venue of the fair will be announced in the beginning of the next year due to non availability of venue this year.
