Eurojersey & Framis Italia develop innovative sportswear
Eurojersey, and Framis Italia, a leader in the application of polyurethane heat bonded applications for the apparel industry, have joined hands for a collaboration that combines the functional aspect of heat-bonded taping with the comfort of innovative sensitive fabrics by Eurojersey. Eurojersey is a leader in the sector of Italian-made warp knit fabrics.

Sensitive fabrics are endowed with excellent technical and aesthetic properties, fruit of Eurojersey’s on-going commitment to research. An ideal component for achieving high performance in all applications. Comfortable and perfectly smooth, thanks to an ultra-flat surface, resistant to frequent washing and endowed with a remarkable elastic memory, they provide the perfect fabric ground for the most innovative manufacturing technologies, by artfully combining functionality and tailoring. Thanks to NoSo Bonding Technology by Framis Italia, the heat bonded tapes applied directly onto the flat surface of sensitive fabrics evidence and support the muscles of the body while facilitating its movements. Without restriction, they conform naturally to the body, shaping the silhouette with just the right amount of support and a calibrated compression.

The special NoSo Bonding Technology project, which designs and develops both heat-bonded adhesive film and the machines used to apply it, is the only guaranteed and integrated system for heat bonded joints, welds and applications without any need for stitching, offering a practical and tangible solution from product design to production. The NoSo tag quality certification also guarantees that each product is made to the highest quality standards.

Eurojersey synergy which has led to the partnership between high performing sensitive fabrics and Framis Italia heat-bonding, has produced two iconic garments of a high technological content, specifically designed for the sportswear industry and made up without stitching.

Tops and leggings made in sensitive sculpt fabric come with inserts in perforated fabric and supported by dream plummy taping technology by Framis Italia. The garments allow for a second-skin fit, support where it is needed most and total comfort without any stitching at all.

Bodysuit made in sensitive sculpt fabric is presented with perforated fabric inserts and Dream reflective silver tape by Framis Italia. This heat bonded taping, combined with high-performing sensitive sculpt fabric, is not only totally innovative but also reduces muscle recovery times during training sessions. (GK)
