Improved buying trends drive up Asian MEG on Sept 16

Improved buying trends in the region and increase in prices of other polyester feedstock drove up MEG prices in Asia on Wednesday (Sept 16).
In India, prices were assessed at US$ 705/ton, higher by US$ 10/ton as compared to prices on Tuesday (Sept 15).
In China, prices were quoted at US$ 700/ton, up by US$ 10/ton as against prices on Sept 15.
