Kusters Calico showing two latest washing concepts at ITMA

India based Kusters Calico Machinery Pvt. Ltd; a producer of affordable wet processing concepts for woven and knit fabrics, is displaying two latest washing concepts at ITMA 2015 in hall 10, booth G 115.
Kusters Calico will show the Super Flush washer in combination with an intermittent squeezer and the Flush Master, a new concept washer to cater to the requirements of pile fabric processing.
According to a Kusters Calico press release, the Super Flush washer with various combinations is the most effective washer in today's textile processing industry for woven fabric processing.
The Flush Master washer, also with various combinations, has been designed to cater to the requirements of pile fabric processing and after print washing of tension sensitive synthetic home textiles made from high twist yarns.
“The Super Flush washer produces penetrative, diffusive and turbulent effect through the combined washing effect of both horizontal as well as vertical washing, while consuming the lowest water,” it said.
In the Super Flush, with a fabric content of 20 metres between two drives, the tension control is done through a load cell, while circulating liquor quantity is independent of incoming fresh water.
“The distance between the two fabric guiding rollers is very short, due to which it is possible to handle all kinds of woven fabrics including tension sensitive from Viols to Lycra fabrics,” the company explained.
A high jet water spray produces penetrative, diffusive and turbulent washing effect in the Flush Master, which helps to reduce the flattening effect in pile fabrics and helps the fabric regain its original look to a big extent.
Additionally, the Flush Master Washer also consumes the lowest amount of water and has a washing compartment which can stock 6 metres, where the fabric tension is the least, due to the small distance between two driven rolls.
“In the Flush Master Washer too, the circulating liquor quantity is independent of incoming fresh water,” Kusters Calico stated.
In the same stall, Jagenberg Textiles from Germany and also a group company will display an S-Roll Dye padder which caters to European markets and OEM requirements of European machine makers.
Exports account for around 70 per cent of production at Kusters Calico and its products find their way in to Turkey, Thailand, South America, US, Indonesia, Iran, Bangladesh, Korea, Vietnam, Europe, Egypt, Sri Lanka, etc.

“We are currently initiating factory expansion with a dust proof assembly shop and this will help us deliver in shorter lead times and meet customer deadlines,” Verma too added.
