Lackluster interest backs lower Asian MEG prices

MEG prices stepped down in Asia in the last week due to lackluster buying interest in the region.
In SE Asia, average prices decreased by US$ 20/ton and assessed at US$ 855/ton in the last week, a fall of 2.29 per cent compared to previous week.
In China, average prices reduced by US$ 40/ton and assessed at US$ 835/ton in the last week, a decrement of 4.57 per cent compared to previous week.
In India, average prices went down by US$ 20/ton and quoted at US$ 855/ton in the last week, a drop of 2.29 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
