Amalgamation of IVL subsidiaries in Poland

Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited amalgamates two of its indirect subsidiaries in Poland.
IVL Poland Sp. z o.o. will merge with Indorama Polymers Poland Sp. z o.o. and the merged entity will be known as Indorama Ventures Poland Sp. z o.o, effective January 2012.
Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited is one of the largest vertically integrated polyester chain producers in the world and a leading global manufacturer of wool yarns.
Indorama Polymers in Europe is representated by its legal entities UAB Indorama Polymers Europe, UAB Orion Global PET, Indorama Ventures Poland Sp. z.o.o. and UAB Ottana Polimeri (JV).The European PET manufacturing companies are Orion Global PET in Lithuania, Indorama Polymers Rotterdam BV in the Netherlands, Indorama Polymers Workington Ltd in the UK, Ottana Polimeri SRL (JV) in Italy and Indorama Ventures Poland Sp z.o.o in Poland.
