CURVExpo to display new fall winter 2012 trends

CURVENV Las Vegas will take place on Saturday, February 11, 2012; Sunday, February 12, 2012; and Monday, February 13, 2012, and CURVENY New York will take place on Tuesday, February 21, 2012; Wednesday, February 22, 2012; and Thursday, February 23, 2012.

CURVENV Las Vegas will be held at the luxurious Sands Expo at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, and CURVENY New York will take place at the Javits Center North in New York City. Each venue is designed to maximize space while remaining friendly to both the buyers and exhibitors.

With almost 60 new brands at the show, there is a lot to discover, with plenty of new products to enable retailers to surprise their customers on their showroom floor. Discover the new brands at CURVENV and CURVENY.

Sunny Tones, Gipsy influence, print assembling, liberated felinity, retro influence and more... these are the new trends that will be featured in the collections. Even basics will be revamped with a 2012 twist.

- More than 140 retailers are expected to win in both Las Vegas "Get Lucky" raffle and New York "Get Spoiled" raffle. Prizes include either $1,000 worth of merchandise (retail) from participating brands or a brand new iPad 2 (20 available) which will contain contact information for every brand exhibiting at that show. It is a great opportunity for retailers to test a new brand or new style, or stay in touch with their favorite CURVExpo vendors with updated information and line sheets ready to go on an iPad.

- Hosiery and Men's underwear two very strong categories in 2011. Because these categories will continue to grow in 2012, boosted by fashion and innovation, CURVExpo will feature top brands in each of these fields sharing with retailers the keys and factors to success.

- Expanding distribution to Europe or sourcing Fall/Winter 2013 fabrics for North American Brands or buying new brands for retailers: Mode City in Paris on July 7, 8, 9 is the show to attend. Marie Laure Bellon Homps, CEO of Eurovet, will present a lunch time seminar about all the good reasons to attend, with a chance to win a round trip to Paris.

- The So CURVE Fashion Show on Sunday Feb 12 at 7:30 will feature the Crazy Horse Paris at the MGM Hotel in Las Vegas. This unique event reveals the best collections through a one of a kind show combining a classy performance and memorable moments dedicated to women's beauty.

- Debriefing retailers about Fall/Winter 2012 trends will guide their show visit and order taking; Debriefing the brands about Spring/Summer 2013 is a unique opportunity at this early stage of their design process; Catherine Rame from Carlin International Paris, the renowned Trends Agency, will be presenting.
