UK's Fashion Fringe to organize a regional tour

Fashion Fringe, UK's leading fashion talent promoting platform, will be organizing a regional tour of Britain in March this year.
The company announced that it would take some of the leading fashion designers like Giles Deacon and Christopher Kane on a tour to fashion universities across the UK, where they would share their career experiences.
Slated to take place along with the call for entries for the 2012 Fashion Fringe award scheduled to kick off from March 12, the tour would cover Newcastle, Nottingham, Edinburgh and Brighton, before ending up in London.
The tour aims to cherish the fact that all fashion industry professionals and students cannot be based in London like Fashion Fringe, and hence they are going out to acquaint the fashion enthusiasts from across the UK with the London fashion.
All young fashion professionals from all over the UK are being called upon by Fashion Fringe to meet their panel comprising designers like Julien MacDonald, Erdem, Matthew Williamson and Gareth Pugh.
The team has people from all spheres of the fashion industry, right from procurement and merchandising to blogging and journalism. Each of the team members would share their career experiences and guide the people trying to enter any sphere of the industry.
Besides University students, local people already associated with the fashion industry or having an aspiration to do so are also invited to attend the event, where they would get a chance to speak to the panellists during a Question & Answer round.
Participation in the events is free for students, while there are limited tickets available for participation of general public.
