Fashion designer Marisol Deluna presented a collection of apparel and accessories at her 15th Anniversary Fashion Show. The event offered a retrospective of Deluna's couture work for non-profit organizations alongside a broad range of retail designs.

"With my label turning 15, it's time to take a look back and offer a glimpse forward. This was our first solo runway show by choice. Keeping a low profile has allowed us to build a loyal customer base without compromising our vision," said Deluna.

The runway show displayed over 40 looks including dresses, skirts, blouses, wraps, scarves and handbags for women and girls alongside shorts, neckerchiefs, hats, caps, belts, ties, bowties and cufflinks for men and boys.

Yoga gear and pet wear were also shown. The silk and cotton fabrics used were printed with Deluna's iconic textile designs and exuberant color palette. She and her close friend, milliner Rod Keenan collaborated to design hats.

Commenting on the collection, Deluna said, "I enjoy creating apparel and accessories that are sophisticated but fun and approachable." The show ended in celebratory fashion with models dancing on the catwalk led by Marisol.

The March 22nd event was held in Midtown Manhattan at the magnificent General Society Library. In attendance were Fashion Group International President Margaret Hayes, fashion insiders Tia Walker, Benjamin Le hay,Jeremy Logan-Cavendish, William Kapfer and fellow designers John Bartlett, Keanan Duffty, Rod Keenan and David Hart, among others.

According to CFDA member John Bartlett, "Marisol brings a wonderful and fresh voice to New York City fashion. Her prints, color sense and vibrant designs are a wonderful visual treat." Publisher Tia Walker wrote, "Each look conveys the quintessential spirit of the well-dressed American of leisure-think ladies who lunch, and men of sport."

Deluna also creates couture designs for cultural and philanthropic organizations that build awareness, enhance public image and raise funds for community projects globally. Members from various organizations attended, including the Girl Scouts of the USA, League of United Latin American Citizens, Alpha Phi Foundation, Colonial Dames of America, Association of Junior Leagues International, Holland Dames, Cosmopolitan Club and New York Junior League.
