NAFW to show Aboriginal's growing fashion scene

National Aboriginal Fashion Week (NAFW) will be held on June 21 and 22 in Regina, Sask at the Turvey Centre.

The event brings together the elite of Aboriginal's growing fashion scene, with a selection of local designers as well as designers from across Canada who are getting the chance to present their collections before an international audience and potential buyers.

Many of these designers are all well-known throughout the Aboriginal community; designers such as Bruno Henry who is known for his traditional to contemporary cutting edge leather designs, Tracey Telouse who is known for her colorful graphic prints and Linda Lavallee, known for her highly coveted shoe designs.

Celebrity guests at the fashion week are Linsay Willer (runner up for Canada's Next Top Model), The Baker Twins (TheBakerTwins.com), and Ashley CallingBull (Miss Universe Canada 2nd runner up and the hit T.V series Blackstone). Dakota House (Going M.I.L.E.S).
