Chinese ASF market likely to rise in short term

In recent days, domestic manufacturers of acrylic staple fibre (ASF) in China have increased their offer price, but the upward trend of market is slow due to restricted demand.
At present, the price of ASF is quoted in the range of 17,000-17,500 Yuan/ton. Production and sales are good, but the market is yet to witness increased consumption from downstream market.
Overall, the ASF market in China is expected to show a rising trend in the short term.
