Industrial machinery designer The NSC Group informs that its Asselin-Thibeau is going to participate in TECHTEXTIL North America (NA).
Asselin-Thibeau is renowned manufacturer of equipment to the nonwovens industry.
TECHTEXTIL will take place during March 28 – 30, 2006. Event organizer Messe Frankfurt GmbH will arrange it.
This involves in particular the Asselin needlelooms' special design with the ability to consolidate high added value parts with unusual shape such as cones for space launcher nozzle [Ariane V solid booster stages (EAP) - Boeing Delta IV Pratt 1 Whitney RL10B-2 engine]. See enclosed picture.
Another innovation from Asselin is the A-50 XFRS needleloom, designed to match the heaviest load requirements. The A-50 XFRS needleloom is particularly suitable for the heavy felt used in the filtration market.
The Excelle card and the ProDyn system are both technologies which are of particular interest for highly flexible nonwoven lines, with the ability to produce small batches without less cleaning requirements and generating significant raw material savings. This is of particular interest to the technical textiles sector since very expensive fibres are usually processed.
The ProDyn system provides a perfect fabric uniformity in both, MD and CD directions.
Technical felt events are an excellent opportunity for manufacturers to look for new process ideas. With its global process expertise, NSC nonwoven is able to assist the technical fabric manufacturers in answering their questions.
