Textiles and artifacts of Bhutan will be displayed at an exhibition in Stockholm in August this year, informed Arne Georgzen, President of the Swedish-Bhutan Society.
The event would be organized after a meeting of the European Society, wherein over 12 other societies of Europe would meet, said Georgzen.
Society had a collection of artifacts including Yathra (cloth made of wool) to Chodrom (Bhutanese table), high on quality and low on price.
The exhibition is funded by seven private Swedish companies as the society had very limited budget that runs on membership subscription.
The Swedish-Bhutan society, established in 1986, has around 125 members with 95 percent hailing from Sweden.
