The Southern province of Binh Duong in Vietnam recorded a 31 percent rise in its export revenue yielding over US $576 million in the two months of January and February 2006.
Footwear exports saw a 65 percent increase followed by textiles and garments at 57 percent rise and wood products at 45 percent growth.
Overseas investment registered a 34 percent growth to reach $428 million.
Industrial production in the province also increased by a massive 23 percent in the first two months.
