The Bombay Sapphire Bar on the ground floor will be showcasing its Spring/Summer ‘13 Collection at New Zealand Fashion Week.

The collection has been created by cocktail genius Dickie Cullimore who has been inspired by New Zealand’s fresh and lively summer. The collection explores classic gin cocktails with a contemporary twist and is bursting with seasonal flavours.
