ICF had close Association with Mr.Terry P Townsend in the promotion of Cotton and we wish to continue to be so in future also. We welcome Mr.Jose Sette. In 2014, cotton leads program, the norrowing road between cotton grower to consumer, stability and prosperity, connectivity and communication network, valley irrigation etc. will strengthen the cotton promotion as per reports.
