CB&I raises interim dividend to $0.07per share

CB&I has declared an interim dividend on common stock of $0.07 per share, an increase of $0.02 over the $0.05 per share quarterly dividend rate paid in 2013. 
 
The dividend is to be paid March 31, 2014, to shareholders of record as of March 21, 2014.
