Georgian designer Goga Nikabadz showcased his latest Fall/Winter 2014 collection on the fourth day of the ongoing Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Russia.

Based on a muted colour palette, the wool, silk and velvet made ensembles featured sequins, elongated silhouettes, layered detailing and crisp lines.

The fifth day of the Moscow event opened with a unique combined couture catwalk parade, titled Fashion Without Borders, featuring models with varied physical disabilities and Achondroplasia.

The range was designed by a talented set of Russian designers such as Daria Razumihina, Sabina Gorelik, Dmitriy Neu, Masha Sharoeva, Albina Bikbulatova, Oksana Livencova, Miguel Angelo Fernandes Carvalho and Christine Wolf.

Aimed at increasing awareness about physical disabilities in the fashion industry, the collection featured frilly monochrome dresses, matching sling incorporated T-shirt and shorts combos, side-panelled bodycon numbers, striped tops, patterned skirts, and formal and casual suits.

Alice and Julia Ruban, the designers behind the fashion label Ruban, displayed a weather appropriate cosy snug line on the penultimate day of the MBFWR. Based on a mix palette of wintery gray, blue, brown and green, diluted with romantic shades of pale pink, cream and white, the pieces included long dresses with ruffled hems, fur belted coats, flowery headband adorned hats, and heavy sweaters and trousers.
