Minh Anh's Eiffel Tower parade shows over 100 designs

More than 100 haute couture and high end ready-to-wear looks, created by a talented army of European, Asian and American designers, were showcased at another historic catwalk event hosted by the global fashion show organizer known for hosting shows at some of the unlikeliest venues in the world, Jessica Minh Anh.
Dubbed as the J Autumn Fashion Show, the event, which welcomed over 150 exclusive guests including ambassadors, luxury brands enthusiasts, international fashion designers and the media, was staged over a 150 metres two-tiered outdoor runway built across the first floor of the most iconic tourist attraction in Paris, the Eiffel Tower.
The Bahraini mother daughter fashion duo, Dar Naseem Al Andalos Nabila Al Aissaoui (47) and Hayaa Al Fadhel (22) chose to showcase a French and Moroccan aesthetics inspired line, which included long-tailed dresses and luxurious caftans.
Drawing inspiration from her Nordic roots, the Danish designer Beinta Poulsen behind the Soul Made label featured a knit heavy range of trendy, classy, feminine apparels inspired from the raw landscapes of Faroe Islands.
In addition to the aforementioned names, the catwalk extravaganza at the famous iron lattice tower also highlighted Arabian and European influence rich designs by the Saudi fashion designer, Omaymah Azzouz of OM Fiore, and some hand beaded garments from the celebrity favoured Vietnamese red carpet specialist, Hoang Hai.
Also the Indian design talent Shilpa Reddy, Canadian fashion designer Sho Sho Esquiro the American designer Kate Walz showed their eclectic pieces at the grand showcase.
Known as the Global Fashion Mover And Shaker, Jessica Minh Anh had made history before by organizing fashion shows at unusual venues like the England’s iconic London Tower Bridge and the world’s highest Petronas Twin Towers’ Skybridge. (PB)
