Chinese ASF prices stable last week from weak demand

Chinese acrylic staple fibre (ASF) prices continued to be stable due to weak demand from downstream buyers in the last week ending Nov 15.
In the Chinese USD based market, ASF 3.0 Den was quoted around US$ 2.44 - 2.48/kg and ASF 1.5 Den was assessed at US$ 2.49 - 2.53/kg level.
In the domestic market, ASF 1.5 Den spot was offered at RMB 18,000-18,400/ton, while ASF 3.0 Den spot was quoted at RMB 17,900-18,350/ton.
