ShanghaiTex 2015 to have seven theme zones

ShanghaiTex 2015 which runs from June 15-18, 2015 will have seven theme zones spread across nine exhibition halls and over 100,000 square meters of exhibition area.

The Printing, Dyeing & Finishing Machinery & Textile Chemicals Zone will be located in Hall W3 and W4, and will gather leading exhibitors from China and abroad.

These include Fong's National, Tecnorama, Bianco, Corino, Brazzoli, Thies, Leimer, Gofront, Santex, Hsing Cheng, Tong Geng, Benninger, Seiren, Jebsen & Co, Cheng Fu, Yuan Xin, Jian Xin, Ying You, etc.

According to Adsale, the organisers, China’s Twelfth Five-Year Plan for the textile industry has set several requirements on the upgrade of textile technology, equipment and standards.

As one of the severe polluting industries, the textile industry has caused exhaust emission, coal resource waste and sewage discharge, which lead to heavy environmental pollution.

“Thus, how to achieve energy conservation has become a key issue confronting the whole textile industry,” it added.

ShanghaiTex 2015 aims at providing cost-effective, efficiency-enhancing and competitive solutions to textile enterprises by showing latest developments in environmental protection and sustainable solutions.

“ShanghaiTex 2015 focuses on providing green solutions and innovative technology to help enterprises with sustainable development,” it said in a press release.

Apart from the display of machinery and technology, a series of concurrent events will also be arranged during ShanghaiTex 2015 to further explore relevant issues.

A forum made up of international experts will present latest application and trends in water treatment technologies and explore eco-friendly denim solutions.

Topics include; Denim Fabric Trends & Optimisation of Denim Production Efficiency; Water Footprint – an Eco-Friendly System; Let Denim Go Green and Sustainable Solutions of Dyeing Wastewater Treatment. (AR)
