Low production cost in Bangladesh attracting Turkish textile entrepreneurs to shift production facilities to Bangladesh, said M A Awal, Chairman, Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA).
A 20-member delegation of Dyeing-Printing-Finishing Association of Turkey is planning to visit Bangladesh by the end of this month to identify investment opportunities.
Awal said Turkish textile manufacturers are in search of cost-effective investment destinations.
Bangladesh-Turkey Investor Forum in July would be a successful initiative, said BTMA President.
