Asian PTA prices decline on Aug 5 from sluggish demand

PTA prices declined in Asia on Wednesday (Aug 5) from lower upstream product prices and sluggish demand in the region.
In FE Asia, prices were quoted at US$ 620/ton, lower by US$ 5/ton as compared to prices on Tuesday (Aug 4).
In SE Asia, prices were assessed at US$ 640/ton, down by US$ 5/ton as against prices on Aug 4.
In India, prices were offered at US$ 650/ton, also lower by US$ 5/ton from prices on Tuesday.
In FE Asia, prices were quoted at US$ 620/ton, lower by US$ 5/ton as compared to prices on Tuesday (Aug 4).
In SE Asia, prices were assessed at US$ 640/ton, down by US$ 5/ton as against prices on Aug 4.
In India, prices were offered at US$ 650/ton, also lower by US$ 5/ton from prices on Tuesday.
