Pacific Sunwear ropes in Reenie Benziger as Executive Vice President of PacSun

Leading casual apparel, accessories, & footwear specialty retailer Pacific Sunwear of California Inc announced that Reenie Benziger has been appointed to the position of executive vice president of merchandising for the company's PacSun division.
"They are very excited to have Reenie join us in this position," commented Chief Executive Officer Seth Johnson. "With her extensive merchandising experience and successful track record in specialty retail, we are confident she will play a major role in the continued growth and success of the PacSun business."
Prior to joining Pacific Sunwear, Benziger held various merchandising positions with Gap and its related divisions. Her 17 years at the Gap included, most recently, the position of senior vice president merchandising and planning for Gap Europe and senior vice president kids and baby merchandising for Old Navy.
Benziger will report to Tom Kennedy, division president of PacSun.
