Vietnam to host three day International Shoes & Leather Exhibition

The International Shoes & Leather Exhibition is slated to begin from June 28, 2005 and will continue till June 30, 2005.
Vietnam is leading producer and exporter of shoes, and ranks 8th and 4th respectively, in the world. EU accounts for almost 80 percent of Vietnam's imports. After conformation of Bilateral Trade Agreement with USA, overseas investment and potential business opportunities have shot up phenomenally for Vietnam.
The result of International Shoes & Leather Exhibition held in 2004 was overwhelming with trade visitors totaling to 9,108 from countries like Pakistan, Taiwan, Italy, Mexico, Korea and Vietnam.
This year's edition will offer an extensive range of products like shoes machinery, tanning machinery, leather, raw hides, shoes materials, chemical, accessories and components.
