Veltex to market Top-Flite Golf products in Canada

Leading apparel & accessories manufacturing, importing and distributing Company Veltex Corporation announced it has commenced marketing and distributing Top-Flite branded caps, balls, and golf products throughout Canada to the promotional products and retail industries.
Top-Flite products were previously marketed by Explorer Headgear. However, Veltex recently acquired the Promotional Products Division of Explorer Headgear, www.explorergear.com, which was renamed "Veltex Canada", DBA Veltex-Explorer. As a result of this acquisition, Veltex Explorer will continue to aggressively market this excellent, recognizable brand in Canada.
Top-Flite Golf has been an important part of the golf industry since its inception in North America in 1895, as a part of A.G. Spalding & Bros. Today, Top-Flite is a subsidiary of Callaway Golf, the largest golf company in the world. Top-Flite was the first American company to manufacture golf balls and has been instrumental in every major innovation in regard to the modern golf ball. Their innovations of the two-piece golf ball and the multi-layer balls have become the industry standard.
Javeed Matin, CEO of Veltex Corporation, stated, "Top-Flite is one of the best golf brands in the world! Veltex Explorer is on target to add approximately $7 million to our revenue stream this year."
Veltex currently has approximately ten million shares outstanding and forecasts that 2005 total revenues will exceed $60 million with net earnings easily surpassing $1.00 per share.
