The Inditex Group opens the first Zara store in Norway on Bogstadveien, the main axis at the prime commercial area in Oslo. The new Zara store will offer to the customers more than 2,000 sq. m. of commercial surface with the latest fashion trends for woman, man and kids.

The project of this Zara store, located in a prominent building at 12 Bogstadveien, required a concerted effort from Zara's architectural team, both to respect the original structures of the building and to create a unique shopping environment.

Inditex also has two Massimo Dutti stores in Norway, one of them located in Bogstadveien. This Massimo Dutti store has been refurbished and reopens to trade today.

Inditex is present in the Nordic countries with 21 stores of the Zara and Massimo Dutti concepts. These countries are a significant area in the European expansion strategy of the Group. New openings will take place in the region over the coming months.

After the entrance in Norway, Zara is present in 63 countries with 925 stores, with a significant weight of the European markets where the chain operates 715 stores in 33 countries.

The opening in Oslo is part of the expansion plan of the Inditex Group, which forecasts between 410 and 490 net openings for the full year, between 130 and 140 of them belonging to the Zara chain.
