In a bid to boost the development of Lower Manhattan, Mayor Bloomberg announced special package of economic incentives.
Mayor Bloomberg announced a reduction in the sales tax on clothing and footwear under $110. Hardworking New Yorkers have welcomed this relief as break from regressive tax.
Due to this relief measures, New Yorkers will no longer be required to do shopping outside the city or pay more for necessary items like shoes and clothes.
