Lucknow enjoys twin fairs, this winter

People in Lucknow are taking pleasure of two exhibitions this winter.
The National Handloom Development Corporation (NHDC) has organized Woolfab, at the Audrey Fanthome Hall, opposite Shakti Bhawan.
Woolen item from Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Haryana, Rajasthan and Gujarat are shown under one roof. WoolFab is attracting reasonable crowd because of its quality woolen accessory at a reasonable rate.
The major attraction is Kullu Loi from Himachal Pradesh. Shawls from this state are known all over and one can purchase it at a very reasonable price. Jammu and Kashmir stalls are also gathering crowd for its embroidered coats and shawls.
Another exhibition, the Khadi Mahotsav is taking place at the Chandrashekhar Azad Park in Mahanagar. This also proved to be a favourite spot for people who want to purchase woolen accessories. Here woollen coats and shawls from the North East are favourite.
