Nuance names Jim Fader for Australia & NZ

The Nuance Group has appointed Jim Fader to the position of Merchandise and Buying Director for its Australia & New Zealand region.

Jim Fader assumed his position in early January and is reporting to The Nuance Group's CEO Australia & New Zealand, Christian Strang.

Prior to his appointment, Jim Fader was working for Woolworths Supermarkets for four years, where his responsibilities included managing strategic relationships with suppliers, growing market share with category accountabilities in grocery food and fresh food areas and in managing significant buying teams within private label.

Christian Strang, CEO Australia & New Zealand for The Nuance Group, comments: “Jim Fader has an extensive retailing background with excellent grounding in buying and merchandising obtained in the UK, New Zealand and in Australia. I am glad to welcome him to our managing team and look forward to working with everyone involved to meet the demands of this very dynamic market.”
