The 2007 annual TTNA conference

Feb '07
The Technical Textile and Nonwoven Association (TTNA) is presenting its seventh Annual Conference - The Three Rs – Recreation, Resources and Retirement, in Albury, NSW, in August 2007.

The TTNA Annual Conference attracts senior decision-makers and staff from all areas of the industry, with local and international representation from manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, and government, as well as educational and research organisations.

The TTNA Annual Conference provides a dynamic opportunity for business generation and market penetration. Sponsors enjoy a wide range of possibilities for direct access to potential and existing clients from their target industries and companies.

Significant emphasis is placed upon the quality of the conference agenda and the depth of the relationships between TTNA management and key industry bodies. Both play a crucial role in ensuring that the people you meet at this event are the people who matter for your business.

The technical textiles and nonwoven industry is diverse and dynamic, embracing a wide range of materials, processes, products and applications. The sector represents a significant proportion of world textile manufacturing and trade and is forging new products and technologies in markets outside the traditional world textile market. In essence, it is a sunrise and exciting industry.

The Technical Textile and Nonwoven Association (TTNA) was incorporated in 2000 to provide a forum for the advancement of the industry, through which the interests of the TTN industry are represented to government bodies and to act as a conduit for information on global TTN issues.

The association is continuously forming links with other industry and business organisations, including education and research & development organisations in order to encourage an internationally competitive and innovative industry and to foster the growth of an appropriately skilled and sustainable workforce.
