Director of Samaritan Center Thea Parker said that one of the basic requirements of their client is bedding and linens.
Normally priority of people contacting centre for help is food, gas, electricity and so on. Warm clothes and bedding are low priority for them.
But some of the demand for beddings has been satisfied after Holiday Inn Express in Horseheads donated more than 200 sets of bed linens to centre.
Although sets are only few month old, they are in good condition. These sets were donated after hotel converted from a Holiday Inn to a Holiday Inn Express.
