CantonSF (Spring) to carry out new measures for shoe industry

2006 Autumn Shoes Trade Fair-Guangzhou, China drew its curtain at Canton Dongbao Exhibition Center on Oct 19. Exhibitors were mainly from the four China shoe-making bases as Dongguan in Guangzhou, Jinjiang in Fujian, Wenzhou and Wenling in Zhejiang, Chengdu in Sichuan as well as Shandong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, China Hong Kong and other regions in Southeast Asia.

According to the statistics, 7344 buyers, including 4271 overseas buyers accounted for 58%, attended the fair from over 150 countries and regions, up by 6.1% compared with that of last edition.

The new edition, 2007 Spring Shoes Trade Fair-Guangzhou, China (the 4th CantonSF), is to open on April 15 simultaneous with the 101st Canton Fair. She locates her venue at Canton Dongbao Exhibition Center, being connected to Luihua Complex of Canton Fair by an overbridge. “To build an international professional China shoes fair” is the objective of CantonSF. What will be the following steps to be taken by the Organizer?

According to the Organizer of CantonSF, in order to improve the quality of the fair and attract more trade buyers, 2007CantonSF (Spring) will carry out new measures in the following aspects:

Exhibiting area rises
Except the exhibiting area of the five floors of Canton Dongbao Exhibition Center, the 4th CantonSF will open up two outdoor halls. Thus, the overall exhibiting areis to increase to 15000m2.
